What is organic farming?
Crop rotation is used to improve the structure of the fields and for about three years, the techniques have been refined, using biological preparations that protect the fertility of the soil and conserve its biodiversity.
Mulching
Techniques such as mulching with mown grass are used.
Nothing chemical
No chemical treatments or fertilizers are used in the fields.
Agro homeopathy
Application of homeopathic principles to plants and crops, as well as the use of wild herbs, to cure through fermentations and macerates.
