Our Apricot Compote is made with organic fruit from our fields, selected for its sweetness and freshness. With a high concentration of apricots, the compote preserves the authentic flavor and nutritional properties of the fruit. The processing takes place in Mazara del Vallo, Sicily, using an innovative process that, thanks to vacuum cooking at 45°, preserves all the natural characteristics of the fruit. Crystalline grape sugar, cold-extracted from Sicilian grapes, is added in small quantities to enhance the natural flavor of the apricot.
