Our Mango Compote is made with organic fruit from our fields, with a high concentration of mango to maintain its flavor and natural properties. The processing takes place in Mazara del Vallo, Sicily, using a new generation machine that, thanks to the vacuum cooking process at 45°, allows the organoleptic characteristics of the fruit to be maintained unchanged. Crystalline grape sugar, cold-extracted from Sicilian grapes, is added in small quantities, to enhance the natural flavor of the mango without altering it. An ideal product to spread on bread, croissants or to accompany fresh cheeses and desserts, offering a unique and authentic sweetness.
