Our Lemon Compote is prepared with organic fruit from our fields, offering a high concentration of fresh lemons that enhance its intense and aromatic flavor. The processing takes place in Mazara del Vallo, Sicily, with an innovative machine that, thanks to cooking at 45° under vacuum, preserves the natural properties of the lemon. Crystalline grape sugar, cold-extracted from Sicilian grapes, is added in small quantities to emphasize the flavor of the lemon without altering its freshness.
